about
There is some very convoluted band folklore pertaining to why this song is called Eddy Riot. It involves mnemonics and chord structures but let’s not go into that here. It probably would make more sense to call this one ‘Get out of My House’ as the crux of the song is a very angry man assertively uninviting his house guest. TTT have taken to cautioning the audience not to take this song too literally as opening with this number has on occasion cleared half the patrons from the bar. This is the song where the unstoppable blues wave smashes up against the unmovable rocks of punk. Nasty distorted harp regurgitates over frenetic, focused guitar. Frantic drums and baseline kick the listener in the guts while the ferocity of the vocals gives way to underlying heartbreak and insecurity. You can dance to it - but it won’t look pretty.
lyrics

What you doing to day
